I think JBA is/was playing at the limit of his abilities, like Nelsonbauer.

Don't think either could make the step up.

Doc, lest we forget is a competent Championship defender despite what a lot say about him.

Not in total control like he is in League Un and prone to hugging but perfectly competent.

Whitbread, the jury is out on. I'f only seen him for a foo minutes. We need another first choice CB if we go up.

Doc or Whitters as the other one and JBA & Spillers as back up. Sorry Nelsonbauer.
