You can only sync with one library at a time

I've never manually copied; but I think you need to turn off syncing first. Then select the tracks you want to copy and drag them to the iPod on the left hand side. This only works in one direction though (to the iPod). You need one of the utilities to go in the other direction; but I've never used them so don't know how and if they work.
