Considering it will be rush / hour and v v busy then this...

would be the best way.

Kings X get the southbound northern line and get off at Bank. From here get the Central line east bound which will take you direct to Leyton.
Kings X to Bank = 15 minutes.
Bank to Leyton = 15 minutes.
Add another 15 for messing around / walking from platoform to platform.

There is a couple of oher way. ie Using the Hammersmith and City. On map it looks better but believe me it won;t be. To much messing around and it is a very slow line. Sam
