Seems we were meant to see a doctor today, would have been nice had the charming lady

who booked us in had taken the time to find out this was our first time and maybe explain what we needed to do to us.

Still, she's only a public servant so I suppose expecting a decent level of service and politeness is asking a bit much.

Why do these people work somewhere like an Ante-Natal clinic if they can't even find any joy in that?
