he was massively overpaid when he was here. The effort thing is bollocks, the only reason he had to run so much is because he had nothing else to offer and he kept giving it away. I have no idea how somebody as bad as he is at his job:

a) gets away with it
b) thinks he is actually up to professional standard and stays in the game
