BT unlimited has a fair usage policy at 100gb (you're is 0.75gb in comparison)

Depends what you're using mobile internet for. If you download some songs off itunes, then you'll use it up straight away. If you download a film, it will eat up the whole month in one go

If you're just streaming from the iplayer and listening to spotify, then I guess it's a lot and you'll not go over

Don't download large files basically, save that for a desktop connection
