More injury woe for England & Capello...

I twisted my knee last week playing basketball and it looks doubtful that I will be fit in time for the world cup.

I'd like to wish the lads all the best in their quest to win the competition.

I'd love to be there to help them achieve their goal but sadly I can only be there in spirit now.
