There has been specific information received and there is a substantial threat to wroth targets. It can also mean "high alert", which could be a transition to GAYOFF. i.e. pants and scc online but busy with other weirdo's talking about betting or indybands.

GAYOFF Alert State RED:
Information has been received about a specific GAYOFF attack. It can also mean "red alert", meaning the WRATH is at war, especially if there's a likelihood of a nuclear GAYOFF. i,e, pants and scc online.
