Much worse

Many heroin addicts smoke too. They either die very early of an overdose (which means they cost relatively little in healthcare terms) or they give up the heroin. They can rarely give up the cigarettes too.

Smokers live longer, don't bother giving up coz they can give up tommorrow instead. They infect people with the second hand smoke and create a third of the countries street litter. They die slowly and painfully and cost the NHS a fortune. Smokers generally wish that they didn't and are pleased when other smokers fail in their attempts to give up. Smokers are selfish c**ts.
