Mistakes made this season...

My list would be something like this:

Playing Gary Holt
Buying Doherty
Not signing a striker in the summer
Sitting back in some games and dropping points.

Whats everyone elses thoughts on where we went wrong?

Good teams learn from their mistakes so lets hope none of the points in anyones lists are repeated next season.
