I took my phone back to them last week because the battery wasnt holding charge and was constantly flat even if it had been on charge all night. They kindly sent it off to their people to be repaired. I just read a note one of their repair people has put on the online log so you can track whats happening with your phone and it says:
"The battery is faulty, please advise the Customer to buy a new one. If the problem is still exist probably the charger is faulty too. There is no charger with the handset to check."
A) I could have told you it was either the battery or the charger. I was kind of hoping you could be a little more specific.
B) If the phone is under warranty surely its their job to replace a faulty battery?
and C) They have my charger...
