now that clubs recieve a hugelarge majority of their revenues from TV

it's now the case that clubs ouside the big four and the other 'big' teams will always dominate the others.
Even if Norwich were to assemble a mega expensive squad a la Chelsea, we would still never be on telly as much as the other clubs, so could never hope to make as much cash
