Yep. You can get masonry drill bits up to 600mm long ...

possibly from B & Q or somewhere like that. Bit pricey though probably better to hire a drill and bit from somewhere, that way you will know that the power drill will be powerful enough to do the job. Plus most drill bits that long, are "SDS" which don't fit into a normal chuck.
