We also had Crocodile & Ostrich (both farmed). They tasted like chicken. Brilliant.

We also had some other form of antelope that a guy had killed on his farm the name of which escapes me. Was yumsters.

I have no problem with killing for food. But mounting animals heads? Well, it just wouldn't work with our decor.
