Mystic Git's Significant Name Tips for today

Sorry I forgot to give you Binocular yesterday. I know I sound like SCC or WOTB Tipster No 4 but Binocular really was my Significant Name because after Tombs pointed out the yellow and green colours thing I could sense it was working, plus I gave a godson a pair of binoculars for Christmas.

In the 14:40 it looks like Burton Port on the basis that yellow and green carries on from yesterday but I'm, not getting anything stronger than that from the names

In the 15:20 Master Minded is properly Significant, not only because he runs in yellow and green but also because when I was a boy I had one of those pocket Mastermind games which I played all the time so that's a strong connection. But the odds are terrible, so my alternative is forpaddydeplasterer because I'm doing a case at the moment for some comedy Oirishmen and dey all talk like dat and I spent 2 hours on the phone with the yesterday.

The 16:00 brings some LUNATIC significance and it's hard to filter the ectoplasm. There are no fewer than SIX horses running in yellow and green, of which I most fancy Quantitative Easing for sheer topicality and that link Scrammers posted earlier, and Silk Hall because we're only a few days off the new silk ceremony. But I also really like Silk Affair, because of the silk connection and because judgment was recently given in the 4 New Square emplyment tribunal case which was all over the papers with two of their leading silks having had affairs their senior clerk. So that's irrefutable Significance really and makes up for the red and yellow colours.

The 16:40 is again BRIMMING OVER with Significance. I like Loch Long because I sometimes fish there (my wife has an aunt at Plockton which is only 30 miles or so away and you can't get a lot more Significant than that). I quite like Kudu Country because I once went on safari and was very struck by the kudu and only yesterday was thinking about buying a kudu head. Cross Appeal has a solid legal name but I haven't had a cross appeal for years so that's a bit weak. Most of all I like Theologist ridden by Christian Williams, a holy Significance which it would be foolish to ignore.

In the 17:15 Dare Me and Made In Time run in yellow and green which is obviously important, but there's not a huge amount of Significance. I get a bit of a twinge for Bubbly Bruce because I have a relative called Bruce who was very ebullient yesterday with some good news, so I guess I'm going with him
