There is a journey planner option. You can type in 'Stamford Bridge' for departure (then 'place of interest' from the drop down) and liverpool Street (obviously) as your destination.

Given the game is bound to finish no earlier than 9.40 I think you'll be struggling to get the 10.30. If you leave bang on half past 9, regardless of the state of the game, you might squeak it - but I'd go for the 11pm anyway.
