I complained about a poster I saw in the street the other day

it was on the door of a guesthouse (pensi?n). it said NO PERUVIANS (or Bolivians)

Which I thought was a bit ou of order, so I phoned up the municipality and got passed around, laughed at by some c**t of an official, and then had the call cut off.
Phoned back and the c**ts cut me off again.

And the c**ts here have the temerity to suggest that the English are racists
