(a) someone needs to buy her a hairbrush;
(b) why does anyone think that it adds to the stock of human wisdom and experience to read out moronic comments from morons; and
(c) she needs to learn that doing a "Harry Met Sally stylee on the edge of orgasm" voice doesn't actually make it any more bearable to hear what Andy In Bradford thinks about whatever it was
