The Joe Kosich PinkUn thread last night which was removed

For those interested, but quite a few words.

Here?s some of the Joe Kosich thread last night. I left it around 10.30pm. He posted some strange opening post entitled ?The Music Continued to Play? and then a few piled in with insults and doubting who he was. It appears that Web Team Pete either received a mail from him or he mailed Pete to allow him to reveal who he was, though I was already 100% sure after a post on an earlier thread.

It soon generated into a slanging match with some PinkUn intellectual heavyweights making fools of themselves. Purple Canary made a very reasoned point and referred back to McNally?s poor interview in response to Michael Bailey?s story in the EEN a couple of weeks ago. Yankee Canary also made a sensible post and linked JK to a number of failed or dubious business ventured that had gone wrong in USA.

It was interesting to note that JK chose not to reply to these, but just trade insults. His insults were in the same ?style? as WotB?s very own USACanary, another indicator that he is who he says he really is.

He then posted a number that he could he contacted on, which was 001.910.295.8851. I did a google on this, got nothing and then removed the 001, searched on ?910.295.8851? and was directed to the Tranmere Rovers thread where they were listed on Ebay! (This last paragraph is sponsored by browser history!)

My first post around 9pm,
JK replied with some reference indicating that his advances to NCFC had been spurned.

Interesting, I come home after a long day at work and running around after the kids and see a potential investor, or a someone broking for them (for the want of a better word) getting into a slanging match with some of the more, er, ?excitable? posters here.

Truly bizarre. How could anyone serious about investment try to promote their cause on a message board by insulting the fans of the club they would like to buy into?

First impressions last, and ignoring whatever went on before he started getting interested in NCFC, Joe Kosich has a great deal of ground to make up with me before I take him or who he represents seriously.

A tip Joe, ignore the insults and if you really think that you can promote your cause to NCFC fans, reply to sensible posts on here with thoughtful and reasoned responses.

You?ll do your cause a great deal of good and we might start to take you seriously.

Even before Pete's confirmation that it was him, the style of his first post reminded me of something I'd read that JK had posted before on a thread that was linked through a Sheffield Wednesday site.

I'm 100% convinced he is who he claims to be. Maybe I'm a gullible fool. Maybe not. I'm sure we'll see who is right or wrong before long.

My last post in which JK replied that he was unlike to take advice from the internet, and was more likely to put a loaded C45 to his head. I left soon after.

I'm sorry Joe, you'll need to do better than that. Yes, it was a complimentary article, (Bailey?s EDP one) but an interview from a potential investor it was hardly likely to be anything but. "I'd like to buy the club and teach those straw sucking hicks, who have nothing better do than worry farmyard animals on Saturday afternoon, how to run a football club" is unlikely to be your description of the fans is it?

You?re doing your cause no good whatsoever by being on this message board; of course you could argue the same about me, but I don?t have the cash or the contacts to buy NCFC, and I?d like to think that I don?t insult other posters on the message board.

Having read through a few previous posts before I?ve hit the send button on this one all I can say is there are so many better ways to promote your cause than by trading insults on here.

If you really are serious about NCFC please go about it another way.
