calling all london based wrothers

tube station help please

i've got to go to the BT tower on cleveland street and have looked at the tube map etc

looks to me like goodge street is the closest station although looks like a change is involved coming from liverpool street. there are others nearby ie great portland street and tottenham court road are they in walking distance to the tower?
