Ironically the English and Scots voted in favor yet.......

The welskis and paddys voted it down throwing their weight against the big boys.

The irony is two small footballing nations outvoted 2 much bigger ones.

It's total bulls**t not allowing stuff like this in the biggest sport in the world.

Every other sport is in favor of adding anything that helps the refs make better decisions.

If i was a ref I would want all the help I could get.
