i think there is a difference with full-fat milk

as i when i was a kid i remember fighting my sister to get the top of the milk for my cereal - the really creamy bit - cos it was lush on cornflakes (though s**t in tea)

never seem to get that with shop bought milk now - i reckon it's got something to do with the rattling and shaking on the back of a milk-float that did it
