In the PERSONAL letter I got from Paul Lambert earlier in the week, I see it says

that the ticket office has told him I haven't renewed my season ticket yet.

I have two things to say about that:

1. I don't think that's the sort of thing they should be bothering him about - I want him to concentrate on the team.

2. The ticket office should be concentrating on the phones. It took a blimmin long time to get through.

The chap who keeps repeating on the loop that the Leeds tickets are sold out does it in a very smug way.
