Yeah, I think that is common ! Or more importantly, come up with a document with loads of

relevant stuff to note for the next time a project like that is undertaken. Stick it on a drive somewhere where nobody knows where it is, or even that it exists, then spend an extra 100k making the same f**king mistake again the next time.

Wondered if there was a good Knowledge Management system which could store them in a structured way. Maybe fuzzy or semantic search.
