It's horrible something like that. I had a guy who had a heart attack with me once. lucky we were only in 6m towards the end of a shore dive. It was still agro trying to get him sorted while towing him in to shore. He was huge! He survived thanks to some quick thinking people who heard me shout to the people on the beach for an ambulance. Scary as s**t though.
