Well as you know, I am rarely pedantic, but in this case wouldn't it be

It would be like me going to a fancy dress party as Elvis, and receiving chants of "Are you Elvis in disguise ?". Of course not. I would be Steve in Holland in disguise.

Honestly, I sometimes feel that they don't always think these things through thoroughly enough.
