Sell on money for NCFC??

Would be handy if Green goes for, say, ?5m. Sold for about ?2m, so a 15% (I'm guessing a conservative percentage here) sell-on on profit of ?3m = ?450k

Ok, so Green goes to, say, Arsenal. West Ham buy Joe Lewis for ?3m. I know we have a "substantial" sell-on clause with Lewis. Lets say 25%. Sold for ?450k, so profit of around ?3m = sell on of ?750k.

That would do nicely thank you very much.
