I still don't really see the problem
If my husband's friend decided to have an affair with my husband's ex-wife, I don't really see what business it is of my husband. And I can't imagine him refusing to work with said chap. Now if said chap were married, then I would say that the only person who had a right to kick up a fuss would be wife of chap.
Therefore Toni Terry should refuse to play for England.
