The big difference from going into administration though...

...is that any future funding plans will not be looked on favourably by the banks. It's going to f**k up their credit rating so they'll have to survive on wealthy buyers or income earnt.

In Pompey's case, this will severely screw up their relocation plans, and given the state of Fratton Park that will have an enormous effect.
