I'm having a bit of an internal dilema with this sort of thing right now.

I despise the claim culture that we appear to now live in. However, Mrs Tudds had an op last year that has left her in a worse position than before. We've lost a business and about 60 grand as a result, and she can no longer work, and relies on me for just about everything.

To sue, or not to sue. I really don't know...
