When a mate of mine used to go on bouts of giving up

which usually lasted a week each time. I always said to him that he should really think about doing it long term. If he smokes 30 a day, then makes sure he kept a count, and smoked 29 a day for a week, then 28, and stick to it

It must be like walking on thin ice just stopping. Any form of stress or bad day and you're going to cave in surely
