Anyone ever had or know much about hypnotherapy to stop smoking?
I'm considering it, but
a) I don't think I'm particularly susceptible to hypnosis
b) would like to be able to enjoy the odd cigar once in a while, and
c) partake of the odd jay with baccy
d) am the kind of person that might try and prove it's ineffectual by smoking again
