Fair play, they haven't been given much of a chance yet. But the thing is (and from personal experience of being a failed pro) you don't get many chances as a young player, and when you get them, you have to deliver, otherwise you work your way down, and have to prove to everyone you can do it - like Paul Hayes is beginning to do.
