Whatever happened pre-Charlton this season

can pretty much be ignored. The whole squad were playing rubbish and our failings then are not likely to be repeated (you only have to look at the criticism after the Mackems game).

If we can win playing 3-4-2 then a 4-4-2 shouldn't be a problem.
