Can someone explain how, when Rio appeals an obvious red, his ban

gets suspended till after his midweek game.
However when we appeal a poor decision, it gets heard on the day of the game?

I t hink i know the answer, but i'm hoping its a change in proceedure to close the obvious loophole that Manure exploited.
