Excel help required please!

I spent all day yesterday put data into a microsoft spreadsheet, saved it all ok! Looked at it this morning and it was all still there. However i then had to restart my laptop and for some reason it has wiped it all, it took me f**king hours to do!!!!

Anyone know if there is anyway that it can be recovered or is it time to curl up in a corner and cry?
