Once again the BBC fail to get to the heart of the matter

The Pratts (for that is their name) who run the NBH also run a consultancy. When someone phones the NBH they suggest mediation and pass the complaint to their consultancy which then phones the company concerned and (for a fat fee) offers it's mediation services to stop the bullied employee going to a tribunal. Parasites basically.
