Norwich City scoff at investment rumours

"There's more chance of me buying the club than there is of Joe Kasitch or any of his people coming in."

So with this board giving even shorter shrift than the previous one to outside investment 'opportunities' what is the view: that paper talk of investment is just tomorrow's chip wrapping, or that NCFC aren't for selling?
