I never stopped eating beef during the whole BSE crisis in the 90s. It was way cheap, and I had very little coin. I figured that if I was going to get it, i'd just as likely already had it. Plus a good steak is f**king top-notch, and well worth risking an ultimately fatal degenerative brain condidtion for.
