wrath IT techy nerdy help required.......

whilst scrolling down WOTB, keeping my finger on the mouse touch pad on my laptop whilst dragging down the side cursor, instead of scrolling its reduced all the font sizes dramatically! tried the reverse to get everything back to normal size, but it doesnt work! been onto control panel and "display" (all shows in normal size text) but changing stuff there doesnt affect text seen on explorer/web pages!

not really explaining this very well am i, but heeeeelp!!
