I have spoken to O2 and they gave me the number to call to stop siad messages but didn't suggest why they weren't delivered. I would haveof noticed earlier (it has been happening since October when I got some spam texts) but I forgot to update my email and address on O2 so they haven't been emailing me bill links.
I can't prove I didn't recieve most of them as I have deleted my inbox several times since but I am certain I didn't recieve the 3 sent today and can prove that.
I've lodged a complaint with Phonepayplus but don't expect I can recoup any money. main thing is that it stops.
