My Dream and the reason we are doing rubbish

It turns out that Worthington actually has a very cool haircut but when he faces the media and is seen in public he dons a wig (the haircut with the side parting we all see). However when he's alone with the players he removes it and has dark hair that's dead cool, a bit like Noel Fieldings in the Mighty Boosh but not as severe. It is this eccentric decision to bamboozle us all that is effecting the teams performances. It seems they cannot concentrate and keep thinking about his hair.
I wonder if this is true?
