But I don't really get the Morrison stuff. As I'm sure Doncaster knows, it wasn't that Morrison was costing ?2m, rather say ?1.2m, that surprised people - it was that we were spending cash on a striker when we plainly have enormous problems elsewhere on the pitch.

Which Worthy then seemed to acknowledge when, once the Morrison deal fell through, the only player he then went for was a CB (to play alongside Flem).

It does look like Worthy's lost the plot, I agree about that.
