Help required...

Decisions, decisions... After polishing off 16 pancakes last night, I still have a s**t load of mix left.. Just in from 5 a-side and a few beers so a bit peckish.. Now, do I finish it off, or save it for the weekend and make big f**k off Yorkshire puddings? Advice please ladies and gents.
