sure, agree you can do it by breaking the rules

ie - refusing to go back 10 yards, and so getting booked.

But is that really what you're supposed to do, in that situation?

I've always thought the quick free kick rule was a bit bent up - it's more obvious when it's an indirect free kick in the area, tho.
