See, I read it differently...

"Please note: When using this new sales facility there is a processing fee to pay which is currently ?1.00 per transaction, NOT per ticket, which includes first class postage and packing."

So basically it's an all in one fee for processing the payment and postage.

Do the club charge for postage on top of the fee ? I don't know.
