eventually, after about 10-12 phone calls to india to try and sort a date for an engineer to ACTUALLY turn up when promised for an installation - when he DID turn up and informed asto the problems I had as a customer trying to sort a date (having taken numerous afternoons off work, as agreed with BT, to be there for the engineer) - the engineer just shrugged his shoulders and said "dont really care mate, i get that s**t about our customer service on most calls i do, and to be honest its just water off a ducks back now! Now where do you want this line?!"
