I think it meant he got the club cheaper (?13m) and was then honourable and decent enough

to pay of the creditors in full.

I also think I remember that he came into the whole proceedings late and thought it was a good opportunity in terms of stadia and infrastructure so bought them.

Good guy I reckon.
