As much as I hate Leeds and find their implosion hilarious, Simon Grayson has grown on me.

He talks honestly and modestly, moved from Blackpool to Leeds for a genuine reason, and generally seems like a decent guy. If he wasn't Leeds manager then I'd happily see him do well.
