I was thinking something similar

Just as the FA talk of ways to improve the FA Cup an idea spruings up from the PL that could drive anothetr nail in its coffin.

When would the 'final' be? Hawks-a-lordy, surely not at Wembley too. What if on the Saturday Tottenham (7th) play Liverpool (4th) in the FA Cup final, four days before meeting again in the CL play-off final?

The FA Cup final would be two reserve teams.
